We stayed for three nights. Accommodation was VERY disappointing. Had to pay in cash. Location was remote. Room was very small. Third bed was broken. Toilet seat was broken. Shower door would not close. Room was not serviced. There was as a dog onsite that roamed freely, attempted to bite my children, and was a general pest. No staff onsite after 6 pm. Only redeeming quality was the lady that worked there. She was very friendly but could not speak any English. Breakfast was okay.

Die Zimmer entsprachen nicht den Fotos in der Anzeige – sie waren deutlich kleiner und boten kaum Komfort. Es gab nur einen einzigen Mitarbeiter im Hotel, der offensichtlich überfordert war, was sich negativ auf die Servicequalität auswirkte. Die Sauberkeit ließ ebenfalls zu wünschen übrig, und das gesamte Hotel machte keinen gepflegten Eindruck. Der einzige Pluspunkt des Hotels ist die zentrale Lage. Insgesamt war das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis jedoch sehr enttäuschend.

Çok merkezi bir konumda,diğer otellerin aksine kullanılan ürünler hep kaliteli ve markaydı. Araba parl sorunu yok. Personel Yasemin Hanım çok güleryüzlü ve çalışkan. Kendisine teşekkür ederiz.
