"We booked a whirlpool room and were excited for a romantic get away. Upon check it we were told that they gave away all of the rooms in that category. That was it, no other solution. We then thought that we'd at least be able to use the indoor pool and hot tub only to be surprised by a sign on the door saying that it was out of order. Incredibly disappointing and the front desk staff did little to make up for it. "

The indoor pool was cold for my kids to swim and the ladder at the deeper end had very rough grip tape on steps which I totally understand but it scraped my grandaughters heel when she was climbing in.. Over all it was a very pleasant stay and we will use this hotel again. "

"On first glance it seems like it is going to be old and in disrepair. It has been very well maintained and it was very clean. The bedding was impressive for the cost. I was pleasantly surprised. The breakfast was decent and better than a Marriott I stayed at the bought before. "

"Beautiful hotel -rooms were very spacious, pool was great, bar has nice selection and staff. We were there in March so outdoor pool etc was not open but it looked pretty with waterfalls etc.Spa was nice but very expensive. "
