โรงแรมและที่พักอัปเปอร์ มอนต์แคลร์

"If I could make my rating 4.75, I would. Everyone tried their best, but some front desk staff did not seem to fully understand English very well. All in-room coffee was light roast. When I asked for some darker roast pods, a man came to my room later and handed me more light roast. The location is spectacular and the rooms are very nice! Everything is clean and well maintained."

"Location was fantastic and rooms are comfortable. Staff were fantastic and always happy to help."

"The room was clean and comfortable, though small with limited storage space. My only "complaint" is that steam from the shower set off my fire alarm - which continued to blare for nearly an hour and a half, so I had to be super cautious about not letting any steam get near it again (opening the window, cranking up the fan on the thermostat to keep the air moving...)"

"You have to bring and prepare everything yourself, as there are no amenities or equipment provided."

"Everything you would want to see was with in walking distance. Beautiful views of the NYC skyline. Breastfast was great too"

"Good breakfast."

"Good"

"I stayed at Arlo Soho in NYC Aug. 6-8. Their Hotels.com profile included free Wi-Fi and gym in the amenities. However, I was charged an additional “resort fee” of $34/day for Wi-Fi, gym, “bike access,” and two cans of water. Ripoff!"

"Good staff, good location"
