"The location is great, probably the only good thing about this place. There is no routine room service; it is only provided upon request. The front desk told us service is available once every three days. We had to call multiple times just to get someone to take out the trash and provide new bath towels everyday. We called them in the morning, and they came at night if lucky. Do not expect any additional services. The Wi-Fi was horrible, probably the worst we’ve ever experienced. Overall, the location and view were excellent, but do not expect anything else."

"We have stayed this hotel twice. The kids enjoyed the hot pool which is open 24 hour 7 days a week, and we were finding sand crabs walking in the dark in the beach. That was funny. The sea view from the balcony is great. But, be careful when booking because the hotel does have another attached part cross the street with spacious parking lot where having no sea view at all."
