"Very nice newly renovated room"

"We booked a one-bedroom suite for two nights, expecting comfort and quality. Instead, we walked into a musty-smelling room at 75°F with no working air conditioning. The front desk informed us that the central AC was turned off for all rooms—something never disclosed during booking. We were given two old fans, one extremely loud, and told to open the windows. Being on the ground floor, we did not feel safe doing that. At this price point, this is completely unacceptable. We immediately packed up and checked out. We were told we would not be charged, which we expect to be honored. Had we known about the AC situation, we would never have booked. Management will likely respond with a standard apology, but this issue has been mentioned in other reviews and appears unresolved. That makes the lack of transparency even more frustrating."

"The studio was spacious , clean and comfortable . Great location , near Central Park and 24 hour grocery markets, and close to the subway. The property was well maintained and secure. The staff was so much more than helpful and welcoming .I will be staying here again when in New York. Best value for your money. "

"This place is very spacious and nice in the Upper East Side. Check in is so easy, and there is luggage storage for before and after stay. The kitchen is well-stocked for basic cooking. TVs and air in every room and comfortable beds. The place was very clean, just the walls could use a little refresh with all the luggage in and out. Happy we stayed here!"
