"It’s a beautiful boutique hotel and very well maintained. The staff was not informative at all upon arrival. We were not provided a map or direction of where anything was. Things were not explained. There are only two specialty restaurants and you are only able to eat at one every 3 days or you will have to pay $30 per person to eat at the restaurant. Theres only one restaurant that serves breakfast lunch and dinner and the option are limited therefore if you are a picky eater, this place is not...

We arrived Sunday and unfortunately the restaurants were closed and we requested if she can prepare supper for us which she gladly did and she did not even accept our payment. "When we checked in the room wasn't ready. It took 45 minutes to get settled and they gave what they said was an upgrade and $100 BDS credit. Nice room and it had a kitchen. Maid service was a bit unpredictable, the times we wanted it they just left us a bunch of towels.
