"Not at all like the picture. Room and lobby is smelly. Front desk told me shuttle arrived in 5 mins but ending up took me 1 hour from airport to the hotel including 25 mins waiting. Blanket has multiple holes. My room was not accessible to elevator. "

"This is my go to place when I travel to this section of CT . This time around my room wasn’t fully cleaned . The bathroom could have used a little bit more cleaning and I didn’t like the fact that the mattress didn’t have a zipper protector . The internet isn’t the best either other than that it’s quiet and the staff are friendly. "

"Parking was in a very dirty uunderground area. Hotel is dirty, old, unkempt. The bed was old and uncomfortable. The bathroom was tiny and dirty! Why don’t they do something about the care of this place . I do think it should be in Orbitz list!"

"The room was definitely dated. Toilet seat looks like it has never been replaced since the property was built. So worn. Terrible. Plumbing fixture was rusty on the sink. The spout for the tub was pitted. Wallpaper was torn. Looks like it could very well be updated - some renovations are way overdue."
