"The dishes were dirty - night desk clerk was amazing. Everyone else was short and not helpful. Great location and once things were cleaned worked well for us"

"We have stayed at this Fairfield before and will stay again. Always clean and comfortable."

"Room was clean and comfortable! Breakfast was decent, staff was ok. Made reservation for room with king bed ended up with room with 2 full beds. Told they didn’t have anymore rooms with king beds."

"The owner/manager was a bully. It seemed everything we did he was watching on camera and then saying I saw you. There is no place to walk your dogs. The parking lot is surround by woods with a very steep incline."

"The room was clean, modern and comfortable. The attached restaurant, Smokey J’s, was delicious and convenient. Highly recommend."

"There’s a reason this is our favorite place to stay when visiting Morgantown💛💙"

"Complementary breakfast was nice"

"Lovely"

"very spacious room can fit 5 people comfortably. next to Kroger supermarket and have BK, KFC in walking distance."

"I had room on first floor and the bedroom smelled of urine and the bath shower curtain smelled so bad I had to rush my shower to get out. Curtains made whole bath stink. Mattress was lumpy and had no support. First floor was so noisy bc hallway was too close to lobby so all lobby talk was heard in my room. Breakfast eggs and bacon were good. This was the worst holiday inn express I’ve ever stayed in. It was old and dirty. It was like staying in a motel 6. I no longer trust the holiday inn...

"Room was clean, breakfast was great and great location."

"The bathroom was updated and clean. The staff was very nice and helpful."
