Absolutely loved our stay at this hotel. Cynthia at the front desk provided us with outstanding customer service and put smiles on our faces. I have no complaints at all during our stay. Hotel was clean and smelled good. Breakfast was delicious too. Definitely look forward to staying here again for future Tampa visits l.

Marriot Residence Inn in Princess Palm Tampa FL needs a renovation! Appliances are not up to date, and there was a dent in the refrigerator door. Also they were greasy.. Mold in Shower, baseboards dirty! Floors dirty. Ice maker didn't work in Fridge, no hot water in kitchen sink, 3 inch's of water in dishwasher, didn't dare use it, bathroom sink was plugged up, lighting was so low you could barely see anything in the room. Anyway, you could see globs of plaster in the bathroom.. just isn't up to other Marriot's Inns.. Breakfast was Ok. They use pre-cooked bacon - it's horrible. It isn't the maids fault either.... no way they could keep up with all that is expected of them. They were kind and gracious. All staff was very nice!
