"We really enjoyed our night here. The owners and their staff made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. Highly recommend."

"Staff were very friendly. Breakfast was great. Location for the bus and the Gosport ferry was excellent. I would stay here again"

"Excellent facilities. Very spacious. Very helpful and personable owners."

"Extremely close to the Historic Dockyard. Good breakfast and the bar and service was very nice."

"Staff Heather was lovely. Thanks"

"Had a lovely 1 night break with family, the staff were so accommodating to our needs. Amazing buffet breakfast & good carparking facilities"

"In the elevator of this hotel is a big sign requesting a five star review, however no one at this establishment puts any effort into Five Star service. Upon checking in the reception did not advise us that the restaurant was open for dinner or that breakfast was available. We were not told that our room included a free upgraded WiFi. "This was the second time I’ve stayed at Florence Gardens, and it’s proved to be as exceptional as I found it on my first visit. The rooms are extremely comfortable and warm, the staff are exceptionally helpful and friendly, and I won’t hesitate to stay there again on my next visit to Portsmouth."

"Well it was weird, felt like I was the only one in the hotel... No one at desk when I arrived, had to message on the expedia website to have someone come over to get my key... Saw no one the rest of my Time there. Weird... But clean and it did the job."

"ロケーションについて：駅前とまではいきませんが、徒歩圏内（国鉄？・バス）と移動に大変便利。 ただ、チェックアウトの際に荷物預けを頼んだら、有償(2￡)かかったのは残念。 ほかはスタッフの対応、食事＆バーなど素晴らしい。"

"The room was decent, the bar was good and so was the breakfast … however the latte machine was broken. We dined there one evening and my husband commented that the duck was very good. The wifi was good. Good location to the train station, pubs and the Navy Museum, HMS Victory and HMS Warrior."

"For the price we got good value for our money"
