"ที่พักดี สะอาด สะดวกสบาย แต่เดินไกลจากที่พักไปป้ายรถเมล์"

"I would say the room we had was small for a single let alone a double that we had paid for. Not a great night."

"There was scaffolding around the front and the windows were dirty, probably from the work. I was given a disabilioty access room which I didn't ask for or want."

"Great city centre hotel, spacious room, and comfortable amenities. Would definitely stay again if visiting Nottingham."

"Very comfortable and clean rooms, good selection of breakfast meets requirements for vegetarians. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Just a couple of things to consider, bar seemed to have run out of a couple of drinks options we ordered. We had traveled from South East London after finishing work. Managed to get to the property around 9:40. Just made it to last food orders for 9:45.May be helpful if the kitchen order time is extended to perhaps 10:00 pm. Otherwise a good stay, have stayed...

"This property could do with a very deep clean it's tired/dirty looking in the hallways especially the carpet. The room itself was standard, the bathroom was clean but there was a lot of dust on light fittings, the TV remote was filthy and it was just generally dusty. One of the lights weren't working and The bed was comfy and the staff were friendly."

"Big spacious rooms with enough room for a family of 4 in a room with 3 beds. Very clean and tidy and updated hotel. Bar on site was excellent, food was great...can get busy so book a table if you can."

"You know what you're going to get from a Holiday Inn, so 5 starts indicate everything I expected was delivered as well as I might have hoped. Friendly, efficient staff, a comfortable room, a very good breakfast. Location great if you want to be on the edge of things, rather than right in the middle."
