"Direction by the hosts was spot on! Upon arrival we were a little early but as our room was ready they let us check in straight away. Staff were all super friendly and even offered to bring our bags in. Full guide or room was given. The room was beautiful and facilities were excellent including a mini fridge, milk (and oat milk for hubby), bottled water, handmade herbal tea selection, even umbrellas in the wardrobe incase it was wet! Breakfast was fabulous and really tasty, so much choice and all locally sourced products. Would definitely stay again if we revisit Lincoln 😊😊"

"This is a lovely hotel. Great situation opposite the castle, so at the top of the hill! Continental breakfast of pastries, fruit, yogurt, cold meats, cheese toast. Plenty to choose from. We had a standard room which was spacious and nicely decorated. Large shower room. The plug sockets had been upgraded to include USB and phone charger sockets so you don’t need a plug. Just a few minutes walk to the steep hill and then onto the shopping centre and round to the waterfront. There is plenty of car parking around the hotel but you do need to pay. It was just over £10 for 24 hours, so factor that in if you are on a budget. There is a lovely cafe next to the hotel. A tapas bar, Indian and pub within a stones throw. The Indian restaurant is well worth a trip but book if you can as we had to wait for a table as it’s busy. Will definitely stay here again. Staff were really friendly. Especially the breakfast lady! "It's student halls and exactly as described. The bed was comfortable, good wifi and shower. I had to ask the night security for bedding, towels and toilet roll & all was solved quickly. There isn't parking on site, there are paying car parks but it does add a bit to the overall price, as all streets are permit, just if helps for planning time and trip. The kitchen wasn't available to use, but the info said it would be, not too much trouble but maybe useful to know which it is. No kettle or any facilites in the room. Good value, comfort and quiet for what you pay for and would stay again. "
