"Clean room, comfortable bed, great breakfast "

"We could not fault the hotel in any way. The room was clean, well equipped and very comfortable. All the staff were fabulous. Friendly, helpful and extremely efficient. Breakfast was a delight with lots of choices (though I was sorry to miss the black pudding) and all the plates were warm so the food didn't cool quickly. In all wonderful stay. Thank you."

"This is a lovely hotel. Great situation opposite the castle, so at the top of the hill! Continental breakfast of pastries, fruit, yogurt, cold meats, cheese toast. Plenty to choose from. We had a standard room which was spacious and nicely decorated. Large shower room. The plug sockets had been upgraded to include USB and phone charger sockets so you don’t need a plug. Just a few minutes walk to the steep hill and then onto the shopping centre and round to the waterfront. There is plenty of...

"We always stay at the Lincoln Hotel when visiting Lincoln. Lovely staff, comfy beds, great breakfast. Excellent location for visiting the Bail, cathedral, castle and the Strait. Plenty of local shops and a visit to the Wig and Mitre is a must"

"Had a lovely stay at Union Street. Very clean. Bed was comfortable and facilities were excellent. Great location for the Cathedral quarter of the city and close to some amazing restaurants. Only issue was the parking having to pay for parking when the advert stated freebies such as self parking. "

"Difficult to find and very problematic checking in. Digital check in never opened for me. The only way I was able to get into my room was that I was let in by a management person. I didn’t leave for dinner because I was afraid I’d be locked out. I wanted to drop my luggage around noon so I could see the sites without suitcase in tow but since there is no on site staff and no check in until 4 that was not possible. Please come up with a solution for travelers who need to store luggage. "

"Bridleway is an outstanding bed and breakfast in a beautiful part of the countryside, about 5-10 minutes drive from Lincoln's cathedral/castle quarter. The owners are very personable and the breakfasts are fantastic. The hot-tub in the Garden Room was an unexpected bonus! Thank you so much for an an amazing stay."
