"The hotel is very well situated, just a few minutes’ walk from the old town, making it an excellent choice for exploring the area. Parking is also very convenient, which is a big plus. The reception staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The hotel itself was clean, but the room I was in was a bit dated and could benefit from some maintenance. For example, the back of the bathroom door showed signs of water damage from the shower, with peeling paint, and some of the furniture is in need of updating. These are not major issues, but a bit more attention to detail would really improve the overall experience. Overall, a comfortable and convenient place to stay, but a little refurbishment would make it even better."

"The hotel is beautiful and decorated fantastically! All staff are extremely kind, helpful, and accommodating, which makes guests feel truly welcomed. Rooms are stunning and include a little tea-and-snack station, which I adored. The breakfast room was stunning, and the selection was fantastic: pastries, toast, bagels, cereals, fruits, snack bars, and my favourite, a yoghurt parfait. Will definitely be staying again!"

"This property was very close to everything worth seeing and provided almost everything we needed. I loved the location and did not mind walking down and up Steep Hill each day. However, the studio was not very clean. Both rugs looked as though they had not been vacuumed in some time, and we avoided walking on them as much as possible. There was also someone else’s dirty laundry left in the washer when we arrived. The kettle was filled with what looked like mold, though it turned out to be limescale or rust. When I reached for a pot to boil water instead, the pot was dirty and had old food stuck to it. There were also several large dust bunnies behind the doors and in the corners. While I loved the location, the size of the studio, and the amenities, we felt uncomfortable because of the lack of cleanliness. If the studio had been properly cleaned, I'd give it a perfect score."

"Breakfast was very good, good variety and hot. My wife is Lactose intolerant and wheat free. The staff were very helpful in making sure that she was given freshly cooked items. The room was clean ans Sraff very friendly. We didn't use the bar as were were attending an R.A.F. Reunion. The only disappointment was the cost of the car park."
