"The welcome snack bag was a nice touch. The staff at the front desk was amazing. I would like to give Kyah Kudos she was very welcoming, warm and helpful. We were in a room where the hot water was not working, we let the staff know and immediately they moved us to another room where the hot water was working excellent customer service."

"Wyndham Gardens has become my go to Jacksonville hotel for short trips and I have enjoyed the hotel. This location has been perfect for our 1-2 nights stays for concerts and shows. Only a 15 minute drive to the stadium and plenty of restaurants and attractions. The staff has always been friendly and helpful, hotel including the lobby, hallways and room are clean and comfortable. There's no complimentary breakfast but there is a restaurant attached (prices are a bit steep) and places to eat close by, for longer stays that may be a draw back but for the 1-2 nights stays I do it has been fine."

"Pool closed, blankets were uncomfortable, "the milk" at the breakfast was either extremely watered down or sat out so long it literally separated. The yogurt and butter were frozen. The only helpful people were the young lady who checked me in and the young lady who checked me out. I know the breakfast is free but the quality was horrible."

"Dont trust the pictures on the 3rd party website or the main website for the hotel. Use Google maps thats were you will find the real Pictures and reviews. I planned on staying at the is hotel for 3 days but only stayed one night. Room smelled musky bathroom floor was dirty and sticky. Everything had stains on it plus couch and bed was dirty it had small pieces of dead bugs on the bottom layer of the mattress. Don't stay at this hotel its disgusting and the owner should be in jail"
