The place is welcoming ,staff were very friendly and accommodating. Our room was clean with minimal furniture that gave us space to move around comfortably. Plenty of sockets to charge cellphones and computer.Easy and fast checkin and check out.

Property was clean, quiet and comfortable. Staff was courteous and welcoming. I thought the amenities were limited. While there is a fitness room there is no pool and the breakfast was a limited "grab and go". There are plenty of dining options within a couple of miles and it is also close to the University of North Florida and Ikea.

The staff was very friendly, accommodating, and helpful ESPECIALLY Malissa she was AWESOME!!!! They have a laundry center on site, and a nice snack selection.Just newly opened so it still smells new. There is a place called The Block within walking distance with different types of food trucks, an HUGE TV screen, lounge chairs, music, and a bar they only accept credit cards NO CASH. Nicely priced. We will be staying here again when we come back to the area.
