"Cedes was an absolute star at customer service"

"Loved that the Hampton and Hilton were connected and we were able to relax without having to leave to find somewhere to eat."

"No hand soap. Air conditioner had a mildew foul smell."

"Breakfast was a nice touch. We were traveling with our close friends of whom one is an amputee. They proclaim that they have accessible rooms. The shower chair that they brought to her was a regular chair with a trash bag around it. This is unacceptable. It doesn't cost very much to go purchase a few shower chairs that are actually useful for folks with limited mobility. You don't understand the issues that the amputee community experience until it happens to yourself or a loved one. I am still...

"I have stayed here off and on for 5 years. First thing was they asked for my credit card to charge incidental, $40.00. If I didn't have issues, I would get it back. The second thing was my room, 218, was so covered up in strong room deodorant, it choked me, made my eyes water. It was terrible. I talked to housekeeping who stated some use strong deodorant and some use not so strong. After unpacking. All of my clothes, shoes, etc smells like it. I had to wash my clothes twice I think you...

"Stayed overnight for an early morning flight. Paid for parking thru a 3rd party site as was cheaper but parking still at hotel. Shuttle driver very friendly. Room was clean. Staff was very prompt in assisting. Only problem was awaken but guests next door with loud music. However after call to front desk, issue was promptly taken care of. Would stay again."

"The young lady at the front desk was the main reason our stay was so pleasant."

"I’m giving 4 stars instead of 5 because of the front desk staff. The lady on night audit was fantastic but the young lady who worked in the evening would be pulled from the desk so much I was never able to buy snacks when I wanted. I guess I could’ve just taken them like I’m sure others have but after working in hotels as a manager for 10 years I chose to be ethical and leave this review instead."

"Staff was very friendly and helpful."
