"Amenities such as game room and rooftop basketball were cool but the property is in a sketchy area with a bus stop right out front. The unit was filthy and the parking is difficult unless you have a compact car. Televisions in rooms didn’t work properly. "

"Their “snack” and drink selection was subpar. If you don’t want to cross the river into downtown be sure to provide many of your own snacks and drinks as there aren’t any options around the hotel, and the hotel knows that and charges premium pricing. The rooms are clean, a bit out dated but clean nonetheless. The staff were always helpful, and friendly. There was someone who seemed to be training as she was unfamiliar with anything going on but was still very kind and pleasurable to deal with. The property states on here that a member of the staff enter every room at least once every 24 hours. We spent two days and never had anyone come to our room. Which is fine, unless you run out of something and need to go down and request something. Overall, a great stay, will be staying again in the future Let’s Go Bucs!"

"The hotel was clean and the staff were friendly. Very nice hotel overall. We just ran into a couple issues. Despite booking a 2 queen room, they overbooked and we were downgraded to a king and sofabed, told it was an upgrade at no additional charge, but it certainly wasn't. We realized we weren't provided sheets for the sofabed, so we called housekeeping. We never received the sheets so we used the top sheet off of the king bed for our daughter. The sofabed was as hard as a rock. Honestly surprised she was able to sleep. Also, the parking lot for "larger vehicles" was a joke. The lane to get in was so narrow you almost had to go over the curb and the space in between the rows effectively trapped you. I know finding parking downtown is difficult but this was laid out so poorly. Ideal location for a university tour though! Really wish our room would have been discounted because it was definitely a downgrade, but I didn't request it as the hotel was absolutely packed. "
