Everything was old and outdated. The carpet in the room was falling apart, the bathroom door didn’t close, etc. To be fair, there were very few guests there and considering, the breakfast was decent. The front desk worker was an older man and he was great and let us store our bicycles in the meeting room.

Excellent, helpful and friendly front desk staff. But our room was not clean. There was a open bar of soap left in the shower. The bedspread was not clean. The breakfast was decent for what it is. Because the staff was so nice I'd like to give a higher review but I must be honest on the cleanliness front.

I have to say that this was a pleasant experience, especially since it was a VERY last minute reservation. The front desk staff are nice and welcoming, and the room was comfortable, clean, and quiet. There was even great water pressure in the shower! I'm grateful that I was able to find this place at the last minute, and I would definitely stay again!

Good breakfast buffet. Air conditioner compressor sounded like motorcycle every 45 minutes. Cable TV had poor connection with static, you could kind of make out what you were watching. Someones hairs were stuck to shower wall. Other than that, excellent stay.

Quick weekend trip

The gentleman that checked us in (cant remember his name but he worked the late shift as we checked in around 1230AM) was kind, respectful and helped us! We were late arrivals and he was awake and attentive. I called earlier in the week to make sure we had a cot. But when we checked in no cot in our room, but he continued to search and find us one (took no more then 10 minutes) he found one, delivered it to our room and was just super helpful. He also took note of the booking note that my mom has arthritis and stairs dont always work well for her. It was very much appreciated!!! The room itself was decent and there were a few dead bugs in corners, and the plumbing for sink was backwards (left is normally hot but it was cold and didnt indicate it) breakfast was yummy too and fresh! Would stay in hotel again

Next time I’ll pass

Our check in was very quick. The gentleman was very nice. We had went to our room and it was dirty. They apologized and switched us rooms. This one was clean but outside our window was the entrance to that wing and people stood outside our window to smoke. Absolutely no privacy. The main hall and foyer had a very strong odor - like urine. They did have a fairly good breakfast but it was in the main area and the odor made it not enjoyable. Checkout was a chaotic show. The front desk person was cleaning the pool so another person had to check us out and had no sign on information so she had to track him down to use his. This entire process had taken about 15-20 minutes. We chose this hotel because it was convenient to the event we were attending.

Well, this place was horrible!!! Will never recommend. Outside door in back by the room was opened with a rock throughout the entire day/night since it was broken. Very unsafe. Room smelled so bad and staff had car air freshners in the AC/heat system, carpet was dirty and stained, vent in bathroom was absolutely disgusting. I was not pleased with this stay. I had to stay for 2 nights since other hotels in the area were booked due to large events in the area. There was an older gentlemen that worked the front desk, he was so polite everytime i spoke to him. He was the only thing i like about that stay. And this was NOT the room that i booked. I was to have a room with a hot tub and this was the smallest room that i have evwr seen and there was NOT hot tub in the room. Very disappointed
