"I booked this apartment late afternoon, and arrived promptly after booking. The host Greg was fantastic. He was friendly and extremely helpful. I couldn’t have asked for a better host. "We upgraded to deluxe, beautiful room, clean, quiet. Staff pleasant and professional, very friendly. Truly enjoyed chatting with the lady at the gift shop and most of the restaurant staff, security officers always willing to chat, love this place, love the people, can't wait to come back. Only thing that I would like to see is maybe one or two trash bins in the parking lot, other than that 10+"

"2nd trip to the club barbados, the staff are the highlight and very friendly. it is an older hotel with the caribbean charm so if this is what you like it is well worth it. the beach next door is great no direct beach but literally 10 steps away is a fantastic beach. you can swim in front of the hotel but it is quite stony. again great staff will be back."

"I went for my birthday and I was solo. The location was a bit far from tourist things to do. However, the hotel helped setup taxi and have a shuttle which I used a lot to get into town or go the beach. Akiel the driver always was on time and professional. When you first come in and see Shevika at the desk. She remembered my birthday and always kept a smile on her face."
