The meals were excellent. Very clean resort and spa. Staff were friendly, responsive and super helpful organizing things. We had a room with king size and sofa beds overlooking the pool which were a good size. 2 pools with the larger pool reserved for adults only. Great place for couples and families with slightly older children.

14 sun beds around the pool which is very small and enclosed. Beach was closed for a few days and limited or no beach some days at this resort. Overall hotel had very limited facilities and no beach which is never mentioned in any hotel information. The pool picture on the website is not the hotel as advertised but in fact the sister hotel which we couldn’t use as adults only. Overall very poor. The only positive was the staff were amazing and couldn’t do enough for you

Waves was under construction, so we were accommodated at the House, awesome! Wade, Rhea, Andrew and all the staff were great to us. The room was also always kept clean, twice daily. The property and staff was amazing. Welcoming, clean, VERY FRIENDLY and incredible my family and I had a great stay. I would’ve been more NICER if the restaurant was more thoughtful of the kids, the same Avery day for them. maybe an Italian Or stake house would make this Hotel TO Exceed.
