The hotel is brand new and brings a comfort vibe with spacious rooms. The breakfast is also very good with several options of pastries, cakes and fruits. The staff is great and go above and beyond to help and find a suitable solution for all the requests. They have a partnership with local gym around the corner that you can go. The hotel had everything I needed so I am happy with my stay.

Great hotel, super friendly and professional staff. My only feedback is convening the halls which are too empty, creating an echo chamber generating noise in the rooms. Please add some plants, carpet, decoration to muffler the noise.

Não tenho palavras para descrever o excelente atendimento que tivemos desde a chegada até a saída do hotel. Fomos recebidos com muito carinho pra equipe da recepção. Durante o jantar, uma mesa romântica nos aguardava no restaurante onde o atendimento também foi de primeira. A comida estava maravilhosa. O quarto muito confortável, uma cama grande e macia, chuveiro com água na temperatura ideal. Ao amanhecer o café da manhã nos surpreendeu novamente com a variedade e qualidade dos produtos. A equipe do café foi muito gentil e atenciosa conosco. Enfim, como viajante frequente posso afirmar com certeza que esse é um dos melhores hotéis que já vi no Sul do Brasil. Estão de parabéns!!
