I would have given this property a five star except for one thing.all the amenities were a lie. I rent a place depending on the amenities shown on the listing. There was no microwave no laundry no washing machine. there’s nothing close by so without these amenities, it makes it difficult to stay long-term. I asked the man at the desk Why so many amenities were listed on two websites and yet there was nothing. He said that was the previous owner, so I don’t understand why somebody bought the place and took out all of the amenities. don’t expect anything listed on the website to actually be in the villa.

Located at hill top with good sunset view. Friendly and helpful staffs. Big and spacious room. Due to pandemic, most facilities are not available, however Gojek service are allow in this villa.

We love the Villa. The swimming pool need to clean daily. Algae found in the pool and make the steps slippery. Slip hazard. Need to improve the breakfast spread with more varieties

Hotel vraiment accueillant, la villa est vraiment belle avec une piscine assez grande pour ma femme et moi. Tout était propre du sol au plafond et les massages dans la chambre je recommande fortement. Le personnel était vraiment aux petits soins en particulier Lia qui est très dynamique souriante et serviable, elle a veillée à ce qu’on ne manque de rien et nous a arrangé nos excursions sur Gili Air Island, au Mola Mola Resort en spitulant aux personnels d’être au petit soin avec nous. Elle nous a aussi montré les plus beaux endroits à voir sur Bali. Merci Beverly Hill Hotel, merci aux personnels et surtout merci Lia pour les bons moments passés la-bas!!!

Hotel doesn't look like the pictures provided

The floor was dirty, including the bathroom and the pool. Everything looked very old and we weren't comfortable using any facilities. The staff was very friendly and tried their best to accommodate.

lovely villas - spacious with pool and massive bathroom and stunning views. However, location wise the hotel is quite far everything and staff had limited knowledge and quoted us an incorrect price for a driver! also food at the hotel was limited and very pricey!

Hotelli sijaitsee todella pitkällä kaikesta, taksimatka Kutan keskustaan kesti noin 40-50min. Hotellille saavuimme hieman ennen kahta, security standillä ei ollut ketään, eikä piha-alueellakaan, vastaanottotiskin takana näkyi kaksi päätä. Taksista noustessamme, he eivät liikahtaneetkaan, vaan katsoivat epäuskoisesti meitä. Varauksen löytäminenkään ei mennyt mutkitta, heidän varaushenkilönsä oli unohtanut laittaa sen tietokoneelle. Puolen tunnin odottelun jälkeen mies tuli kertomaan (heikolla englannilla) että huone on valmis, jonka jälkeen hän saattoi meidät villaamme, jossa kolme naista puunasi sitä vielä. Makuuhuone yleisesti siisti, vessa oli myös siisti ja avara, lukuunottamatta kahta hierontapöytää. Piha-alueen nurmikko oli täynnä jonkin eläimen ulostetta, uima-allasta emme kokeilleet. Sadevesisuihku ei toiminut, saippuat yms. tuotteet olivat edellisen asiaakkaan jäljiltä, käytettyjä siis. Sänky oli muuten mukava, mutta tyynyt olivat kovia kuin kivi tai riisisäkki lähinnä. Seinissä oli likaa, telkkari ei toiminut muuta kuin nimeksi, sitä nyt emme hirveästi kaivannetkaan. Jos haluat lähteä hotellialueelta, joudut jättämään avaimesi hotellin respaan, näin kävi myös meillä. Takaisin tullessamme saimme avaimen respasta, sillä välin huoneessa oli käyty ja sinne oli ilmestynyt kaksi torakkaa mitä aiemmin emme olle nähneet, toinen roskiksessa ja toinen matkalaukussa joka oli auki. Aamupala ei ollut mitenkään kehuttava, normaali malesialainen, egg station löytyi sentään.

These villas have all the makings of a great place, but it is getting run down. It's like the owners have stopped investing in the site. Food was really very bad, menus have little offerings and you have to pre order your breakfast. It's like they don't have any food on hand. Room had a few problems that needed to be fixed, but overall a great room and area for relaxing. We loved our stay wish we did not have to leave to get food all the time.

プライベートプール付きの部屋にこだわり値段や口コミなどを見てこちらのホテルにしました。 一言で言うともう行きません。 全体的に本当に不潔でボロで部屋ではベッドの上から動きたくない程でした。 ロビーの天上には穴が…。 毎日清掃には入ってくれましたがシーツは宿泊中毎日同じシーツでシワを伸ばし使用前の様な感じにしただけ。 シャワーは水になったり熱湯になったり。 これがこちらの国の常識なのかもしれませんが、それにしてもホテルはお粗末そのもの。朝食は全ての種類を食べましたが一口ずつ食べて残しました。 ホテルさえ良ければ完璧な楽しい旅行だったのに後悔です。 ひとつ、ホテルで良かったことがあります。 それはスタッフの方々がみなさんとても親切で笑顔が素敵でした。とてもよく話しかけてくれてお互いの英語のなまりで聞き取れないときや伝わらないときは何度も言い直して連絡モレがないように確認を何度もしてくれました。子供をとても可愛がってくれました。スタッフの方々にはまたお会いしたいほどです。

Great villas away from the hustle and bustle

Travelled with 2 young children, 5 and 2 years old. Stayed in a 2 bedroom villa. The villa was huge. Plenty of space for the young ones to play and move around. Star attraction was the private pool. Big and inviting. Distance from Nusa Dua and seminyak was not too far away as well.

I felt home

We are a family of husband & wife & 2 babies. Although I stayed in another more expensive & luxorious and better rated villas, but I really felt more comfortable here in Beverly Hills. Big rooms, Pool, Garden. No mosquitos. The view is so amazing. I prefered to have my breakfast in the breakfast Hall rather than in the villa, to enjoy a better view over Nusa Dua. The other good thing about it, No mosquitos, this could be due to the location of the villas (on a hill). As I didn't care about the beach, I enjoyed this location & view. Other people may find the location really bad as it is far a way from the beach. I found that an advantage.The breakfast was very good. Good staff and very friendly. The internet worked well in our first night, then it went down and we were told theres a techniqal problem and it will be available only in the lobby, I didn't care much as I already have internet in my mobile. Most likely I will stay in this hotel again when I come to Bali next time, hopefully.

Terrible place

I travel to Bali often and this was the worst place I have stayed at. Everything is very old and the towels are very old and dirty.
