The level of customer service is impressive. The staff is genuinely sweet and so accommodating. The room was clean and had a lovely view of the pool. The restaurant staff were all so sweet and accommodated my vegetarian diet. Thank you, Lia, Apriani, and Dian, for taking great care of me during my stay.

A great place to stay if you want to visit the GWK, which is why we were there. Good for one night, but not for a vacation. Room was very noisy; even though it was on the 9th floor. Staff were lovely and helpful.

I loved the people the team. But it was so sterile that you could barely tell you were in . Also clean the roof, it makes you wonder what else is that clean, every room can see it. The people were amazing. The food was amazing. The local food on the menu was amazing. The fish pond was awesome. The pools were awesome. The location was random. Other hotels have cultural touches and more tropical plants to make it an experience. This felt like any hotel. There was no knowledge of local tour guide operators which feels like a quick win. Catering was fantastic. Rooms fantastic. The TV's should be smarter and have access to netflix.

The staff is amazing from the front desk to the kitchen staff all the way to housekeepers. Property has access to so many things other than GWK which is only a 15 to 20 minute walk.

Basic stay no frills

The staff were really friendly. Unfortunately the hotel needs a really good clean . Towels were old and discoloured, pool towels were rarely available. Our bathroom had an unpleasant smell the entire time despite us telling them and having it cleaned more. Traffic noise was awful . 3* at best.
