"No water, no toothbrush, no slippers. NO Nothing!!!! We were surprised that this is a 4 star hotel! You have to pay for parking No free internet!! Not worth the money We weren’t happy with the overall experience at all."

"Nice but cleaning staff is limited. I believe there were only 2 cleaners for the entire building so they’re moving pretty quickly. There was a dried up piece of lettuce on the faucet in the kitchenette. The floors were not clean. The dishwasher panel kept falling off every time it was opened. The latch on the door seemed to be tampered with or as if someone forced the door open and the latch bent. Basically the door could still fully open with the latch was flipped."

"If using GPS, be more prepared than I was, both popular GPS options take you to a point in the middle of the road and don't indicate which side of the road the hotel is on, and if you are coming from the South or the East, you won't see a sign for the hotel which is just 2 recessed doors on the North side of the building, blink and you miss it. The hotel is around the corner from the New York Style deli which is either open 24/7 or very late. There are bars in both hotels across the street. Park at the lot across the street from the hotel on the West side of Washington Ave, just North of Michigan Ave."

"Great location, convenient restaurant, people were great, several options for night life, valet quick, room A+…only issue we had was we paid for an upgraded room, which was great, but at night the street noise below the bedroom with sirens, trams, etc was over the top…but hotel has no control over that…get it…but next time time will take an inside room…"
