The staff was expecting us on arrival and greeted us by name, and the personal service continued until the moment we left. With only seven rooms, this is probably the most personalized service you will receive at any hotel, anywhere. The rooms are HUGE with uninterrupted views of the ocean. The common areas of the hotel also offer expansive views of the sea from every angle. The pool was heated to perfection, the food for both dinner and breakfast was excellent, and everyone was so incredibly kind to us and to our 2 year old daughter. Highly, highly recommend the hotel and staff.

Simply speaking, one of the best experiences and customer services ever! The property has only 7 rooms, so everything feels very personal. The staff is absolutely excellent in every aspect, and Ajith the manager has done the extra mile for us, helping us to organise activities (yoga and massage), days out and generally speaking being helpful in any possible way. I cannot overstate how helpful and attentive him and the staff have been, with the property in general being at the very top end of the experiences that one could get in Galle. Highly recommended!

One of the Best Hotel Stays We've Ever Had We stayed in the Yanai room at Sielen Diva, and it was possibly one of the best hotel rooms I’ve ever experienced. The panoramic ocean view from the bed is absolutely breathtaking — we spent hours just gazing through the window, completely at peace. This hotel feels like it was thoughtfully and optimally designed around the oceanfront. Whether it’s the rooms, the lounge area, or the stunning infinity pool, everything is positioned to keep the sea in view and at the heart of your experience. The room itself is much larger than the pictures suggest, and the bathroom is equally spacious and luxurious. The staff were warm, attentive, and always ready to accommodate any request with genuine hospitality. Sielen Diva is tranquil, elegant, and unforgettable. We can’t wait to return.

Wonderful High End Boutique Hotel!

Really wonderful little place. If you’re looking for a boutique hotel experience on the beach this place is it. Mind, you cant swim directly in front of the hotel but a 10 min walk down the beach takes you to a really nice spot. Service is exceptional and I was well taken care of the entire time I was there. Rooms are spacious And bright with a very comfortable bed and spa like bathroom. Tv has Netflix and amazon prime that you can log into your account from. There’s not much to do at night so this was useful! The only down side is you can hear the staff moving things on the main floor below it’s not well sound proofed due to the type of construction but it didn’t bother me much. The pool is not freezing which to me was a huge plus. Easy to unwind and relax and take a dip. I would definitely go back. It’s a very high price point for Sri Lanka but if you want a quiet getaway in a high end place in Sri Lanka this is it! Last note. It’s not central at all. You can’t really walk easily to other places like restaurants or shops. You pretty much need to take a Tuk Tuk to go everywhere but they are alway stationer outside the hotel so it really convenient and they are dirt cheap. Hope this helps anyone considering this hotel. It’s wonderful!

Fantastic stay - Awesome personnel

A fantastic experience with an excellent location, and especially an awesome welcoming from the personal. A special mention for Mr Chandima who is an exceptional host, taking care of every details to make the clients feeling comfortable. Breakfast is excellent. Just one small remark about the phonic isolation between the rooms which is bad and has to be improved.
