"A/C is centrally controlled by the management, we tried to reach the front desk for multiple hours & finally gave up & found hard to sleep through on a hot sunny day. Needed to reach out to front desk for other issues too but they aren't responsive. The Guest desk phone would just be in engage mode. ..."
