Os quartos são ótimo, assim como todo o hotel. Parece ter sido reformado recentemente, tudo parece novo. O café da manhã é maravilhoso. Os funcionários absolutamente cordiais e prestativos. Superou as expectativas. Não fico mais em outro hotel em Umuarama.

Gosto desse hotel mas esta caindo a qualidade. Dessa vez, o lençol estava rasgado. Realmente uma pena, devem estar com sérios problemas. Relatei o ocorrido na recepção

Hotel muito bom, ressalva apenas para o televisor.

O hotel é muito bom, o café da manha espetacular, chuveiro bom. Faria duas ressalvas, principalmente a do televisor, os led com pontos brancos na tela, a imagem bem ruim, difícil de assistir, televisor sendo necessário a troca. Outro ponto seria para as camas juntadas, nao geram tanto conforto. No geral o hotel é muito bom!

Não vale a pena, quarto com chave antiga, para a luz ficar acesa a chave tinha que ficar fora da fechadura. Muito barulho, banheiro pequeno, com a porta desalinhada. Cafe da manhã pobre, tudo industrializado, não vale a pena o valor da diária.

Minha acomodação foi categoria luxo, cama confortável, ar condicionado bom, estacionamento incluído e ótimo café da manhã, além de uma sala recepção confortável, lugar tranquilo e limpo, mas senti falta de algumas necessidades, já que fui com criança comparado a outros hotéis que já me hospedei, como: não tem tv smart, apenas digital, senti também a necessidade de uma cadeira no quarto para refeições e de uma mesinha de apoio prox. as camas para carregar celular, lixeira apenas no banheiro, reservei uma acomodação com 3 camas de solteiro, mas a acomodação foi 1 casal 1 solteiro, ainda bem que estava com meus filhos. Mas nada que não possa ter melhorias futuramente, certamente me hospedaria de novo, tive um ótimo atendimento de todos, apenas alguns pontos que possa vir a melhorar.

Hotel velho e não vale a pena pelo preço.

Hotel velho sendo restaurado. Cheiro muito forte de madeira velha pelos corredores. No quarto não há luzes noturnas ou abajur, tem apenas uma luz central e é na porta, ou seja tem que se levantar da cama para ir acender/apagar. Banheiro apertado e sem shampoo, não tem nem um suporte plástico que seja para colocar/apoiar o sabonete ou demais produtos dentro do box. A única coisa que é boa é o café da manhã, é muito bom com bastante variedades. Porém pelo preço da diária não condiz com o que entrega, fui para outro hotel bem melhor pagando um pouquinho a menos ainda. Dica, faça como eu para quem vai ficar vários dias em Umuarama, peguei 2 diárias para ver como era (reservei antecipado) se eu gostasse eu continuaria a semana, como não gostei partir pra outro e foi sucesso!
