"Host was fantastic in providing details regarding the property and the greater Mena area. We really enjoyed staying at the Sassafras Inn."

"It can be improved they don’t pay attention to the place Acceptable clean, but found another motel way better for the same price Attendant is not that helpful and friendly, Not customer service skills."

"We had such a lovely stay. The accommodations were very nice and the bed was comfy. We had a wonderful chat with our hosts over coffee and breakfast. The beautiful park right across the street was a plus. We will definitely stay there again if we need accommodations in Mena."

"Beds were old and sagged in the middle of the we were scheduled to stay 2 nights but left early as bed was so uncomfortable. Only had one wash cloth, Two had towels which showed its wear, and 2 old bath towels. I have to say the room was old but clean."

"Check in is 2pm instead of 4 or 5 like most places. That was really helpful for traveling. Bed was comfortable. Good water pressure and shower. Refridge and microwave. I’d stay there every time. Oh and easy parking."

"It was all awesome!"
