"Loved the hotel, it met everything we wanted in terms of cleanliness & amenities. The negative was we had previously requested a room facing the lake and they had not planned for it. Since the property was full we were unable to have any view. Must say we were disappointed as we had booked months in advance."

It transpired that the room was almost at the furthest point one could be from the reception area and involved a number of changes of direction and finally a very steep and narrow staircase with literally no landing outside the room.
