My favorite parts were the delicious in-room breakfast service and our incredible massage! "I loved Sin Nombre, it was safe, quiet, clean, modern and the staff there was extremely kind and attentive. Right across the street was a Bistro that served hot food and if you wanted you could order and they would bring it straight to your villa. The villa's were amazing!! Just as the pictures showed. There was a crossing guard as well to make sure you were safe when crossing the street. They had transportation waiting if you needed to go anywhere. We found a driver pretty fast that we kept...

"The staff is nice and the hotel rooms are pretty spacious with all the essentials provided. Yet there's not much point in that because hot water kept quitting. First, they had a water heater issue for 2 days and cold water came out of both taps. Then they fixed it for a day and then the water stopped entirely. Very poor maintenance of the property. "We had an amazing stay and would definitely stay there again and recommend the property to friends as well. The only reason I have 4 stars on cleanliness was because there was no shower curtain or shower doors which made the whole bathroom floor wet everytime we took a bath and made it messy and dirty. Otherwise everything was perfect and staff was awesome. Thank you!"
