"Overall an excellent stay!"

"Check-in was speedy and efficient when we asked about transport to the airport very early the next morning. The car was available straight away at 3.50 am and the journey took just 5 mins at a cost of 590 rupees ( approx £5) . We thought that much easier than arranging a taxi at that time in the morning. The man who delivered our luggage to the room was very helpful and the room was totally satisfactory with a good shower and bathroom. The bed and linens were very comfy. In room dining was very good and the pizza was delivered in about 30mins. The person who delivered the food was very nice and would not accept a tip which I thought was exceptional.My only criticism was that I could not hear very well when I used the phone for in-room dining, I had to keep asking them to speak up."

"The property is clean and well maintained The breakfast is substantial, and the restaurants are also quite good. We had a problem with the guests in one of the rooms who had a big party and made a lot of noise for 3-4 hours one evening and night. Other than that, there was not much of any problem."

"Breakfast menu was fine but the staff seems to be lazy or really not interested in their job. Had to call the server to get tea and omelette or extra silverware or bottled water. The front desk person for breakfast was missing so I just picked a table and sat. "
