The Lochview Guesthouse is a top travellers rest, our room was very clean, quiet and comfortable. The guesthouse is conveniently located a short walk from the centre of Ullapool. Our host Andrew was friendly and welcoming.

This is a nice room to sleep at. Not a B&B or luxiorious, and no food on site. However, as such, it was perfect, bed was comfortable, view of the loch was nice, and it's clear the owner is paying attention to details to ensure everything goes smooth. Town restaurants are just 10 min walk away.

What a treat it was to stay here. A very warm welcome, clear helpful instructions to enter when we arrived a little earlier than expected. The room is very comfortable with two easy chairs which is unusual. A coffee maker with a wide choice of pods plus a kettle with tea and coffee. Everything is spotlessly clean and good quality. We really enjoyed staying here and would highly recommend it.

Very friendly staff who greeted us outside even though we arrived early. Location was an easy walk to the downtown restaurants and shops. Bathroom was a bit small and little dim lit. The mirror was on the opposite wall from the sink. Clean

Owner was very pleasant and informative. The view was gorgeous. Best sleep of our trip this far. Very comfortable And clean. Woke to birds chirping. Lovely! Painted rocks by owners children. I bought one with a bird on it. 5 star visit!

Excellent location on loch. Friendly hosts and excellent breakfast. They recently bought the B&B and are transitioning. The website does not have the correct telephone number and the photos of rooms and descriptions don’t exactly match. I assume this is all temporary. A bit heavy on scented products particularly aromatherapy.
