"This is a convenient location with nearby restaurants and shopping. Unfortunately our bathroom floor could have been cleaner, the sheets on our bed did not seem to fit properly, and the guests above us made so much banging/pounding noises but staff was willing to help intervene once I informed them. The front desk staff were friendly. "

"This hotel is run down. The bed was comfortable and the hotel staff were friendly. However, the hot tub is not in working order, the fitness room doesn’t have much for working equipment, breakfast is less than desirable. There is a hole in the ceiling with leaking water."

"4 pillows on the bed and another in the closet. Turn the ice maker on when you get there, it makes 8 cubes an hour. The tv brightness flickered. "

This time we stayed kids play area was shut down. Lady running breakfast every morning was extremely loud talking on her personal phone in the kitchen and breakfast area. Did not make breakfast to enjoyable Hole in wall of room we stayed in as well"

"It was a very nice hotel. The staff were nice, and the pool with a slide was good. The pool is not overly large and fills quickly with families. The room was very comfortable and breakfast was great."

"What a PITA! No human being at the front desk. Had to check in by kiosk. Wnanted 2 keys, got one for a room on the 2nd floor. Second floor was being renovated; bathroom plumbing wasn't completed in the room. Finally a human being was contacted to get a room on the main floor. No ice bucket, no kleenex, body wash and hand soap mbut no shampoo. No continental breakfast. Hot tub was good. Pool was freezing. DON'T BOOK ROOMS UNLESS YOU CAN ACCOMMODATE. "
