"Staff was great. Super friendly"

"I really enjoyed my stay and would definitely recommend this hotel to others."

"I really liked stay at the Orchard because they had really nice staff there and the rooms were great. They had nice lighting, the room was clean and neat and everyone there was super nice especially the owner of the place. I would definitely recommend staying here for anyone and I would definitely stay there again!"

"Live life and enjoy my stay this hotel has very good staff and very good breakfast too.one thing that needs to change is refill the food and do not wait until another group wanted to eat..but more than that all is good."

"Very very comfortable"

"This was a nice place to stay, and given the current economy they do pretty well, the sheets are clean and crisp, the TV worked, and their Continental breakfast actually included hot scrambled eggs and sausages and a mini pancake maker! "Clean room and good location"

"Stained beds but got new sheets had to change rooms as air wasn’t working in one. 5/10"

"Albert is extremely rude and unprofessional 0.0 star rating for him . Need better management. Tonya was extremely helpful and has been when booking with motel 6 In ukiah. 10 star rating for her . Albert take customer service classes"

I messaged the property, and the reply was “apologies, we will review procedures with housekeeping”. Nothing about a comp or even a discount. Terrible Customer Service response."

"Clean, quiet, spacious room and manager(s) was very helpful when I had a special request. Parking is behind the courtyard in a secure location."

"Great property great customer service"

"Host was very accommodating. We were first provided a pet-friendly room but we were sensitive to the outdoors so they nicely moved us to a room that was more 'people friendly' during a busy time. The property is very nice."

"Overall, I think this was one of the best options if not the best in the area. The café in the sister hotel was convenient but no room service / delivery available. Check-in ends in the evening and lockboxes are available to collect key cards when checking in later. Rooms are sepatated by swinging door to eliminate ambient noise from the lobby and restaurants. The hotel smelled clean but there were missed areas (hair throughout bathroom). The bed was immediately in front of the door which was...
