We had an amazing stay at the Hotel. Staff were friendly, room was spacious and clean. Food was better than most Hotels. Highly recommend anyone to stay at this Hotel. 5 Stars from me.

Great hotel, rude breakfast lady

Hotel was great, check in was quick, the room was clean. We stayed there for 2 days. The first day i did not have breakfast. On the second day my husband went to the restaurant, then my kids went, then i went to join the kids. The lady that was replenishing the food was so rude. She told my kids and me that my husband already had breakfast, as in we're not allowed. Then i proceeded to get a croissant and she told me to only get one! I said that I wanted another one. She said something in Dutch and rolled her eyes. I felt like she was the police and i had committed a crime. So rude! Other than that breakfast was lovely.

Had a car so it was convenient for a stay near the airport. There is als oa bus terminal a few blocks away, and few restaurants and stores. Quite, clean, and pleasant neighborhood with easy parking.

So dirty

Family room, 4 beds but still smal, even we cannot open 3 cases on the floor, no table to use in a family room, that's why we try to make more spaces in the room, we try to put 3 beds together to make more sapces to open the cases, but terrible thing happened, we cannot image so dirty and had many rubbish under one of bed, cannot think about the others, we told the reception, but she answered no one on duty for cleaning, after we back to the room, the light on the ceiling not functioning also, in order to make my kids comfortable, we left and booked another hotel instead of these 2 nights stay. I will never forget how dirty.

We thought this was near the airport , it’s not , it was a $58 cab ride in the middle of no where ! We got to the hotel the front desk girl was very nice, we carried our bags up the stairs to the room and the room was very hot and the windows didn’t open and there was no ac. So it was a sweat box , no way we could stay there ! Complained and they said they could not do anything for me the other rooms that we not in the sun were booked with the 2 beds that I needed, the front desk girl said she was pretty sure they would give me a refund but I have not seen one ! Amsterdam is way closer then this hotel with the misleading name !! Don’t stay here it’s not near anything.

Andere schreiben, das es total nach Zigarettenrauch stinkt und das alles siffig ist.... Das kann ich nun gar nicht bestätigen, es roch angenehm und das Zimmer war sauber, das Personal sehr nett. KLAR, das Hotel ist nicht Neu!! Das Frühstück war reichhaltig und Ok. Wenn wir wieder in der Nähe sind, werde ich dort wieder Buchen.
