Not a place for outside the country travelers
This place is perfect for local get away with family. Towels are not provided and you fix your own bedding and remove them when you check out. You also have to clean the place and put away your garbage. This accommodation is not good if you traveling outside the country . Check in is 4 pm beyond and check out is 10 am. Due to my husband health we able to vacate the place around 11 am and I have to pay 35 euros extra plus 17 euros for the rent of the towels. Traveling from California to all over Europe this place is the only accommodation I was not comfortable .

Was great value for money, however quite difficult to find for taxis and a bit of a trek to the bus stop. There were no bathroom towels despite the site saying there were. Presumed the ones we had to rent were for the pool only- I was wrong. But not too much of an issue just an extra expense we weren’t fully expecting. Other than that it was great! Lovely views, staff were friendly and the place was great overall.

We had a townhouse with lots of space with a great view of the water. Was a little tired and needed a deep clean. Things like dirty gout in showers and broken fly screens ...Well equipped.The park itself was full of weeds and felt a bit unloved....we played crazy golf through the weeds! The app was hopeless and gave little or no info...said the restaurant was open till 8 (on the app and website) and we went at 7.20 to be told there was no more service (restaurant empty) and we needed to book...waiting staff didnt really care...doesnt say this anywhere...Reception staff doing their best but lots of complaints about general state of the place and cleanliness every time I went to reception. One major thing they could do is include towels...its 6euros for goodness sake....just add it in to the price of the room! I heard at least 3 people complain about this and we were only there a couple of days!

My child did not like the fact that he could not find the connection for the internet. But everyone else could. We liked the accommodation. We enjoyed the beach and pool. It was very peaceful until more groups came in and partied all night long. We wish would have noticed the screen for the doors on the backyard before our last day there.

We really liked our stay at EuroParcs, and I recommend!. The house was big, and very new. It felt like they were still building and improving the resort, but in general all went well. We didn't have any problems that other reviewers had with cleanliness or flies (visited in April). It's best to have a car and be self sufficient in terms of food and supplies -e.g. take hand soap and towels are not provided (they are at an extra cost. You also need to make and strip the beds, which is a hassle, but ok, and sheets are provided. There are two electric car charging ports, and I could use them with an app. It's fairly quick to get into Amsterdam with a car, and Edam is nearby too.

The location itself is beautiful. The house is nice, as it is newly updated. It’s very far from Amsterdam if you don’t have a car. There’s a bus stop right out front that does not work. They give you no hand soap, no hand towels and only one roll of toilet paper for 6 people. Body towels are 5€ per person. WiFi barely works in majority of the house.

The property is spacious. However, they asked you to put 250 Euro as deposit. If you follow their rule, it will be returned to you 10 business days after you check out. The thing that I do not like is that they only kind of providing one roll of toilet paper to a 4-washroom-property. No hand wash or soap on our first day arrived. I actually emailed the facility before our overseas trip if they provide these things, but they did not get back to me. We arrived at the property at night. It was a bit inconvenient. There were quite a few ants in the kitchen count top and dining table. We let them know the next morning. They did send someone to solve the problem. It would be great, if the staff could communicate better with us before our trip.

Nice but price not what was promised
It was a beautiful resort. Although, I booked based off of the price of €120 a night for 2 nights. After I had booked I was contacted by the resort to pay, via IBAN, the price of the 2 nights plus an extra €400 in fees and deposit. A 2 night stay ended up costing €500 once the deposit was returned. That is not what was promised through hotels.com. So be careful!

It was a beautiful and well kept property ,had everything that one could ask for . The restaurant had a very good selection of food and very reasonable price . The staff were excellent . The proximity to Amsterdam was close but I suggest you take public transportation. Parking in Amsterdam is very expensive and hard to fine . We would definitely return too EuroParcs Resort ... We rented a small vacation home here for a week after arriving into Amsterdam. The location is 30 min. from Amsterdam and very easy to reach by rapid bus and train. Our family appreciated the space and serenity of the resort. Perfect place to relax and digest the jet lag. The resort has a small shop with essentials for a couple meals. The restaurant offers good variety of dishes and is priced fair. The house was clean and offered privacy. Kitchen was well equipped and the furnishings comfortable. A rental car is probably a good idea. Visiting Amsterdam as well as exploring some traditional and classic Dutch villages are easy. Overall a good product and great alternative to a classic city stay in Amsterdam.

The houses in this resort are comfortable , clean. and have a old dutch appearance (very cute) Our microwave was not working but staff kindly offered to move us to another house. Staff were very friendly and helpful. This resort has a small beach area and a marina. You can rent boats, canoes, paddle boats. The resort has plenty of play areas if you visit with smaller children and also two pony's for petting. The swimming pool is somewhat too small for our liking but the sauna made up for it. This location is also near Volendam and Marken, two tourist areas to visit. The small supermarket on site is handy and reasonably priced. We would definitely visit again.

Nice Lakeside spot. All good. Pool, bike and pedlallo hire , small snack bar , restaurant and bar.Nice Bungalow. Amsterdam park and ride at Zeeburg simple 20 mins down country lane.Then 10 mins on tram to central station. Buy tickets at Zeeburg 1 machine for return trip, E6 ish for 4 . When you get back put in parking ticket , then make sure you scan one of the passenger tickets on the top card scanner, then parking is E1. IF YOU DONT E26 FOR THE DAY. Go to Nemo , even without kids, its great......

-Very far out of town, would not recommend for people going in and out to Amsterdam everyday. -Staff attitude was very ordinary on arrival. -Price advertised online was very different on arrival. Add ons made the total price nearly double. When reception was quizzed about this got a bit attitude. -Shop at the Resort is very overpriced, you need to buy your supplies from elsewhere.

Very clean, furniture is fairly new and tasteful
Needed a place to accomodate myself not to far from Amsterdam and to be able to enjoy the scenery. The 6 bedroom house I was staying at was perfect, luxerious and it almost felt like an upmarket hotelroom. The price was really decent and it was a 15min drive along a very beautiful lake with no traffic whatsoever! If you don't mind peace and quiet then this could be your place, but you will need a car. Shame though the pool and sauna close at 5pm and not a 8 during the weekend

Nice accommodation in a quite location
Situated north of Amsterdam this is a nice place. Accommodation was good and clean and right next the harbour. Fully quipped eith all that you need inc a kitchen with combi microwave and oven. Need a car as remote small supermarket on site another 10 minutes drive away. Small pool but water quite cold. All in all a hood site but in a remote location.
