"We initially booked a triple room, but upon arrival, we were not given the room we reserved. The receptionist was unhelpful, unfriendly, and made no effort to resolve the situation. Instead of offering a solution, she demanded an extra fee of 500 CZK per night for an additional bed. When we asked to speak with the manager, she refused to let us do so. "Spacious and clean room. Needs a shower enclosure on the tub in the bathroom. Beautiful view from our room. Awesome breakfast. Staff was friendly and speak English very well. Go to the old historic pub on the corner, Hospoda Na Peci. It's awesome!"
