Lost its charm
The hotel has lost its charm, it no longer has a pool, which was a big drawcard. Staff aren't very friendly. Unfortunately I won't be back.

Not too impressed
A really really nice hotel, however it lacks professionalism from the staff, most do not speak any English, so basic questions are tedious. One staff in particular is very unfriendly, never smiles. As a regular who's been here many times they still ask me for my passport every time! Keep a copy! The hotel was practically empty, lots of rooms available with lovely views and they put me in a back room with a terrible view, come on, if you want to keep your customers treat them a bit better!

Hotel staff mention about all day free shuttle to the nearby shrine but we come back in next 11.00 AM. they can not provide us because of not available staff to serve. 1 from 2 nights of our stay, the hotel has a wedding ceremony and mini-concert until 6.00 AM. so we cannot sleep the whole night. So noisy !!!

Romantic & Tranquil by the lake
Such a tranquil position overlooking the lake. Staff all friendly. Breakfast great. Pool amazing & crystal clear. Have their own tuk tuk to take you into town times advertised in their welcome pack. Beautiful to walk or exercise on ewuitment around lake. Room has good sized balcony to relax on & enjoy the fresh air breezes. A deffinate for us to stay in next time. If you don't mind a walk only about 3O mins to Central.

Hotel to far from central,uncomfortable.Dangerous if come back hotel at midnight.Not easy for take vehicle.Many mosquito in the room and no hair dry,no safety box.Nothing at area .Swimming poor very nice.

Terrible WiFi and noisy room with sleepless nights
The internet was terrible, it didn’t exist. The room had poor sound insulation so we heard the crickets and frogs all night and could not sleep at all.

Nice Hotel close to the central of town
Brown House Hotel is a nice hotel, quiet and suitable for relaxing. However, menu for breakfast should be improved.

Nice Hotel just outside downtown Udon Than
I stayed here for 9 days and after a slight room mixup on a late check in everything was perfect for the next 8 days. Staff was courteous and always friendly when you asked for their help or just had a question. I would definitely stay here again. Nice pool too. No workout room though but the pool more than made up for that as it does have a lap lane on one side of the pool and is 1.4 M deep.

The hotel is new and clean. Kind of small but offers all the comforts we need. A better choice to big hotels. The Manager was accommodative when we requested room with nice view. Breakfast is good but better coffee would make the experience much more enjoyable. There is a lake nearby with walking track, good for an evening walk.

A perfect hotel for a quiet stay in Udon Thani!
Super stylish hotel. Amazing Isaab style breakfast . The kindest staff: view over traditional houses and a pond. I felt so calm and happy here! I can't wait to be back!

A really nice clean, affordable hotel, the room is amazing, as is the rest of the hotel. one of the best hotels I've stayed in in Thailand. the decoration and interiors are perfect and really add that special touch.

Great property
Its beautiful property, nice pool and view near pool is amazing. The interior is simple and modern, with some traditional looks. Staff are friendly. It offer decent options for breakfast. The hotel is inside soi so probably you need to use gps to locate, especially if you can't speak Thai. There is ample parking space. Its true value for money.

Impeccable Customer Service
The services given by the staffs at the hotel was impeccable. I stay at Brown House for two night and enjoyed every moment of it. I can't say enough about the staff. They were very helpful and sweet. The hotel itself was very clean and comfortable. I would definitely stay at Brown House again if I go back to Udon again.

Bästa Isaanhotellet i Udon Thani
Väldigt trevligt och prisvärt hotell med stor pool och rymliga rum med balkong. Höjdpunkten var maten på restaurangen. Sällan man får så bra autentisk Isaanmat som smakade fantastiskt.

ปกติเวลาไปอุดรก็จะพักที่นี่ ครั้งนี้ก็เป็นครั้งที่ 3 แล้วค่ะ แต่ครั้งนี้เหมือนคุณภาพจะลดลงนะคะ 1. ไฟไม่พอ ริบหรี่มาก 2. ไม่มีกระจกส่องเต็มตัว 3. ผ้าเช็ดตัวบางวันก็เปลี่ยนให้ บางวันก็ไม่เปลี่ยน 4. ผ้าเช็ดผมบางวันก็จัดมาครบ บางวันก็ไม่จัด 5. การจัดเตียงเสริม วันแรกบอกว่าใส่เข้าไปในห้อง twin ไม่ได้ อีกวันบอกได้ 6. ห้องน้ำ มีน้ำขัง การระบายน้ำไม่ดี ส่วนข้อดีคือ ห้องอาหารเช้าเปิด 6 โมงเช้า สะดวกมากค่ะ

Godt hotel
Selve hottelet var godt og rent. Værelset var pænt med en god seng. Hotelet ligger lidt afsides ved en sø, og hotelets gratis tuk-tuk service var altid 1 time senere end vi skulle bruge den.

きれいな池のほとりの、景色も良い静かなホテル そして日中、プール貸切状態でした。 洗面台の狭さや、クローゼットがない点などはマイナスですが、価格からすれば十分納得です。 朝食は貧弱ですが、これもしょうがない金額ですから問題ないです。
