great choice for UDR

couldn't find a better property & will gladly recommend it to travellers whilst exploring the city. This was a brand new hotel with fabulous staff who were able to respond to all requests with a sense of urgency & accuracy

A great stay. Property is nice and rooms are very comfortable. Decor is modern and pleasing. Staff's service is excellent and very helpful. One suggestion is they could have full screens made for the Jacuzzi when people are using it, so that the experience is more private. Dinner at the rooftop was memorable and we enjoyed the love music by a young artist. Great place and would love to come back again in the future.

Mixed bag! Pros: - good and helpful staff - new property, very clean and modern interiors Cons: - situated at a very odd place. There is a labour market besides the hotel so mornings are very noisey. - hotel architecture is weird. There is a central big lobby running up and down the hotel and any staff movements are heard in the room. - Since restaurant and bar is just above the rooms , the music they play at night is very much audible inside the rooms - checkout time is 10 am! Thats too early given that breakfast finishes at 11 am. Also most hotels have checkout at 12. - our room’s bathtub didn’t drain so we had to call the staff everytime to drain it. - their breakfast has very limited options. Also weirdly, they make and buy food on demand? We reached for breakfast around 9-10 and food was finishrf everytime. They made stuff on demand which is understandable and good (less waste) but the staff went to nearby shops to buy the stuff needed 😄 They never checked for themselves what items were finished, we had to tell them for each and every item that was finished. - Lift is too small to fit even 4 people. But overall it was a comfortable stay and the staff is very cooperative.
