"Beautiful flowers all around; lovely view of the harbour; helpful staff. We had booked a stay in 2023 and had to cancel at the last minute because the road was closed due to the wildfires. West Coast Motel folks graciously had understood and there was no charge for cancellation. In the unit, the bed was very comfortable; it was helpful to have good kitchen facilities, comfortable living room, bathroom with everything we needed. The only drawback was the bathroom and kitchen counters with surfaces that were peeling/deteriorating."
