Nice and clean hotel.
Amazing Staffs and very clean and nice hotel. One night my girlfriend wants to eat a cake, I went to a small bakery section to get the same cake but they had to move the section to prepare a Christmas party. Then a hotel staff offer a free cake because they have move the bakery section away. Wow. It was a kind service.

This hotel is modern and well located - Unfortunately housekeeping was bad and the staff, besides being polite, is not efficient, not to mention unreliable wifi Not recommended

The property is prob the nicest in Ubon. The room was very nice, the shower excellent water temp and pressure the bed was really comfortable. The day bed was amazing and such a brilliant idea. The housekeeping staff truly excellent. The only sort that was disappointing was the fitness center. I stayed for 11 days and the first day the room was so hot and there was only one sweat towel available. And no water at all. And no cold towels as advertised. The second time, the AC was on, but still no water. We stopped coming after that. The front desk staff could also be more receptive and kind. Only about half the time we least and came back did staff acknowledge us and say hello. I don’t require this but it is a nice touch.

This hotel is very nice, staff are good. Close to the shopping mall, events you check in early they let you have your room. I would like to stay again next time.
