Porém nosso feedback maior seria para a acomodação, pequenos detalhes que fariam bastante diferença na hospedagem, como por exemplo, ter como pendurar roupas molhadas, uma cama menos dura, roupas de cama melhores, seriam pontos que gostaríamos de ter.

Foi mto boa não tenho oque reclamar, vi mtos comentários negativos e fiquei receosa, porém qdo cheguei lá não foi nada do que o povo fala por aqui, foi tudo de bom, a pousada poderia apenas ter refeições como almoço e jantar, o café da manhã é top, e todos os dias tem arrumação de quarto, e não tem problema de chegar na pousada depois da 22 como vi em uns comentários. Podem ir sem medo

Deplorável

Tive uma surpresa no hotel VELINN Pousada Solar Grego, nada do que havia visto em fotos do anúncio. Acomodações precárias, recepção suja, muita poeira, portão quebrado sem segurança. Acomodação do quarto tinha uma lareira dentro do quarto inutilizada. A cama de solteiro é de campana, coisa que é usada só em acampamento e nós estávamos em uma pousada. Muito sujo, muito sujo e escuro, banheiro sem água, sem condições de aquecer o chuveiro. Lugar parece estar abandonado, deserto, impossível a utilização da pousada. Estive na recepção para relatar as condições de acomodações do quarto, mas a mesma falou que não poderia fazer nada (era o que tinha para o momento). Portanto, sair da pousada 30 minutos após sem ter ninguém mais na recepção e a segurança não estava presente quando eu fui embora realmente me fez sentir abandonado. Favor conferir as fotos do site com as que eu tirei do quarto e as condições que encontrei. Fui enganado com as imagens apresentadas no site e o que presenciei em loco, foi atraído pelas imagens pois parecia um lugar paradisíaco saí do centro de Ubatuba e andei 23 km até a pousada para me deparar com isso assustador minha família está assustada. Meu filho de seis anos me pergunta toda vez que vão pra um hotel ou se vai ser feio igual aquele grego.

Ótimo lugar para quem quer tomar um banho de mar

Excelente localização. Praticamente, dentro do mar. Piscina agradável, ótima vista. Bem instagramavel, para quem curte. Só fiquei triste por estarem desativamdo a jacuzzi. Os funcionários são super educados e gentis. A praia do sapê é perfeita. Excelente para banho. A pousada fica dentro do condomínio sapê. Segurança e tranquilidade.
