Excelente pousada! Recomendo muito!

Local simplesmente incrível! Desde o atendimento da Jéssica, até atua na recepção, até o zelador e equipes de limpeza e alimentação! Fui super bem atendida, o local é ótimo e atende as expectativas. Além disso, possui mercado e adega próximo, o que proporcionou a oportunidade de comprar bebidas e snacks com facilidade e sem necessariamente utilizar o carro. Se você está procurando um local justo para descansar, pode escolher a Papito sem receios!

Gostamos muito da pousada, a única reclamação é que a cama do quarto 17 estava quebrada, o que trouxe um pouco de desconforto na hora de dormir. De resto, foi tudo excelente.

Decepção Plena

A estadia deixou a desejar em infraestrutura (elétrica), resolução de problemas e falta de compromisso ao não revelar reformas em seu estacionamento, sendo assim tive de deixar meu carro na rua. A suíte não tinha lixo além do banheiro, ausência de mobília de quarto suficiente e nem ao menos ganchos para toalhas e afins. O servido oferecido (netflix), foi cancelado sem prévio aviso alegando muitos usuários utilizando num devido horário e sem previsão de retorno. Quanto a infra estrutura elétrica, nos ocasionou a mudança de suíte duas vezes, sendo que nessa mudança tivemos de pagar um adicional de 500 reais devido a ser uma suíte com hidro. Acredito que todos os transtornos relatados anteriormente já seriam suficientes para uma solução que gerasse o menor ônus possível. Infelizmente tivemos zero de satisfação em nossa estadia.

Atendimento ótimo, limpeza excelente, mas não gostei da claridade do quarto, 5h da manhã já acorda a com o sol batendo na nossa cara, mas eles resolveram tapando a janela com um plástico escuro. Mas o local simples e aconchegante.

Eu em si, amei toda essa pousada estão de parabéns. Mas quero citar alguns pontos excepcional, como o café da manhã é excelente tudo fresco e feito tapiocas e omeletes na hora.. A piscina é incrível é de borda infinita como nas fotos. O tamanho dela é ideal e contém espreguiçadeiras e guarda-sol suspenso que dá aquele tom de luxo...A localização é surpreendente pois fica pertinho da praia, perto do centro da cidade também.. Os quartos são modernos com smartv TV e completos.

Serviço de limpeza

Suite luxo, porem colchao muito duro, solicite a troca, porem as tres noites foram no mesmo colchao, um funcionario dizia que o outro ia trocar e assim foi, as tres noites com a mesma roupa de cama, nao foi realizado serviço de limpieza, as toalhas trocaram somente no último día, me disseram que eu tinha que solicitar a limpieza, decepcionante. Rua com muitos buracos, o café da manha é muito bom.
