"This spacious apartment is perfection within the center of downtown Baton Rouge. The pictures are exactly what you will embrace entering the unit. The host was absolutely amazing. Danny, answered all questions promptly and answered every call without hesitation. If you are seeking a place that’s clean, comfortable, affordable, friendly host and in the heart of the downtown area then don’t hesitate to rent with Danny."

"I’ve had multiple stays at this property and it is the best choice in Baton Rouge. What draws away from a best rating is poor valet parking service. I twice followed instructions on the parking ticket to text at least 15 minutes before needing my car. Both times I arrived at the valet desk, I was told car had not been retrieved because text system was down. Beyond being late for my appointments, I could clearly see the valet screen filled with texts that were being ignored by the attendants. For...

"Location is fun!! Downtown and above the Matherne’s grocery store!!!"

"Great staff. Very friendly and helpful. Clean rooms and on a great location. A+++ Recommended."

"My stay at this hotel on October 16 was extremely disappointing. I reserved two rooms, each with two queen beds, but was initially given keys to only one room. The second room had a king bed instead. When I explained the mistake, the clerk stated I would be charged for a new room if the bed had been used. "Rooms were clean and the customer service was excellent. Will return."

"Pj was great and room was exactly what we needed"

"Had an amazing time and will be back soon!"

"Loved the welcome cat... a black cat that lives on the property (house & all) and greets the guests at the front door. Very friendly. The only problem we had was the water from the faucet stayed warm no matter how cold you set it. (Not very refreshing in the morning). The room was clean and staff left fresh towels daily but didn't bother making the beds other than throwing the covers over it. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The bartender at the inhouse restaurant/bar was amazing. She...

"Our one night stay was very nice. The hotel was clean and inviting. The bar area was small, but had friendly staff. Our particular room was arranged nicely where I could put on make-up and do my hair without being in the bathroom while my husband was showering. Ice was a short distance away and the A/C cooled properly."

"I would like to know why I was charged $250 holding fee that I will not get back for weeks, if I ever get it back. I ah e heard of hotels charging a $50 holding fee, but that’s ridiculous. The property was fantastic"
