"A short walk to DC metro silver line."

"Everything was nice besides check in. My key didn't work originally. When I went down to the front desk to get new ones and then get back to the room where my husband was waiting he told me somebody was in the room. I sat there and listened for a minute and somebody definitely was already occupying the room. So I had to go back down to the front desk and get a new room assigned. That was 20 minutes of wasted time and I had dinner reservation coming up. Oh and also there is some sort of Club or...

Food court is marvelous and different from any food court in any mall. Go to Andy pizza and get the 2 slice boozy deal. Which is 2 slices of pizza and a boozy lemonade with your choice of...

I called the property to discuss this and was told by the front desk that I would need to make a written request to a manager, to whom they provided me an email address. I emailed the provided address 2.5 weeks ago with my partial refund request and attached my reservation confirmation and receipt showing the overcharge....

"Paid for parking and no breakfast!"

"When I arrived, there was no staff at the front desk for 15 minutes. The bathroom was filled with hair, and the bedsheets were also covered in it."
