Staff were very helpful. I forgot his name, but the young man that checked me in was very friendly. The moment I walked he engaged in conversation with me, answered all my questions. He is a great representative of your hotel. I was in town with my 8 year old granddaughter, she said we made the right choice with this hotel. I do not like being charged to park, I see no reason to charge someone extra when I am already staying at your property. Being handicapped, I couldn’t park elsewhere and walk back to the hotel.

I paid for a suite but was placed in a studio. Upon check in, I wasn't told that my room was being down graded. I found out when I got to the room. I went downstairs to inquire and was told that there were no suites available that's why I was put in a studio. There's about a $40 difference in rates so the lady at the desk offered me reward points equal to a 1 night free stay. The points were never added to my Bonvoy rewards account.
