"Arrived very tired having struggled to find it due to road closures. booked on here, no one at the hotel to welcome usas explained on our booking paperwork. Rang and got through to an English speaking person who cycled down to us to show us in and let us park the motorcycle in the locked garage. Great food that night in the main hotel where we were supposed to go for check in. This needs to be explained on the booking as it is only around the corner but if you don’t know, you don’t know. "I chose this hotel because it suited my travelling plans. I know a little about the area, people come to cycle and walk through the surrounding forests but I couldn't partake in any activities because I was in transit. The hotel has no lift, thought it shows a restaurant in the description I understood that there wasn't one at least during my stay. I arrived after 21:00hrs and minor confusion existed with the entry system but was sorted quickly. The rooms are big and clean, the beds comfortable, the shower was good. The breakfast was typically continental. Would I return there - yes!"
