"Pool was great parking great and bedrooms were clean"

"The bed was terrible. The bathtub was dirty and didn't drain. The floor was soft like it was going to collapse and the door didn't seal. The window had a large amount of blood sprayed across it. I left two days early due to the condition of the room. "

"The Palm Mountain resort was a nice place. The staff were friendly and helpful. We didn’t have hot water our first day and the maintenance staff got it fixed pretty quick. The resort is in a great location - mountains in the background and one block over from the main downtown area. It would have been nice if they would have had a continental breakfast included- it can get pretty pricey to eat out every day. The room did have a microwave so a grocery store trip made breakfast meals in the room more economical. The only complaint I had is the pool didn’t appear to be filtered continuously. Every morning the maintenance team would scoop out the bugs and leaves etc, but by mid day the pool had a lot of stuff floating in it. Seemed like there was not a constant filtration running."

"The bed was comfortable, but I started breaking out after the first night. I enjoyed having my privacy and I couldn't hear through the walls, that was nice. However, the shower didn't have any soap and the sink smelled like sewage anytime I used it."

"The room with the kitchenette was very spacious! Perfect for 4 people and we loved having the balcony. Next time we’ll have to get a poolside balcony! Staff were very friendly the entire stay. Loved the hot springs and pool, got a pina colada from the restaurant bar and brought it out. Very nice vibes all around!"

"I have stayed at this resort many times and prefer it due to the location to the tennis gardens. However, I am noticing that some of the rooms are not as nice and in need of upgrading. This year I stayed in room #244, shutters are in need of repair, could use some updating. Later, I stayed with a friend in #247 and again, the shutters are in need of repair. This had some upgrade with crown molding. The toilet did not flush well, had to hold the handle down for a complete flush. Was not impressed with the bathroom toiletries. Worn out tissue in a small basket to hold a small soap and lotion. Get rid of that! Shampoo and conditioner all in one dispenser. I expect this in a motel but not a nice hotel such as Indian Wells. Security locks on your side doors from the parking area does not work. I'm sure they did at one point. This is a safety issue ands should be addressed immediately! All side doors should be locked and a guest key card to allow access. Again, another thing that needs to be fixed. Also, on your website is says you have Tennis Courts. The courts are cracked and in horrible condition. Do not advertise the courts or allow guest to play on them if they are not in playable condition. That is an accident just waiting to happen. Other than that your staff is great, professional and polite."
