"Nice property. Very clean. The staff was accommodating. A lot of teenagers were staying at the hotel. Asked front desk if we could have a room away from them and they moved us to a quieter room."

"Just a real nice place to stay."

"The host was unfriendly and unwelcoming. We arrived at 9:30pm and were in communication about our arrival time, but when we arrived the host said she had to go to work early in the morning and made us feel bad for arriving at that time of night. They charged a $25 pet fee for our dog, which normally would be completely fine and understandable, and it was listed in the booking. However, the host’s dog (a very large German Shepherd) jumped on me, urinated on my car, and was off leash in the front...

"The hotel is very clean and the staff is very helpful. The bed and linens are awesome You can walk everywhere and they have a bar on property called Neon Mallard and it’s a cool place. I highly recommend The Nightingale Hotel."

"Gary and Jody's house is awesome. I have enjoyed to stay during my vacation. The property is very clean and amenities are well equipped. Gary is easy to reach out and very quick response back. I have appreciated their preparations and hospitality. Definitely, I will stay again if I visit Pagosa Springs again."
