The front desk staff were super nice and friendly. The property is in a nicer area away from the noise. The pool was a perfect temperature. The rooms were decent with A/C. The service in the pool was below average. There were about 3 other small parties (2-3 people) and drinks took long. Other than that, recommended.

El cancel del baño se estaba cayendo, era un peligro al bañarse, nos cambiaron de cuarto. La comida del restaurante del hotel muy mala, tres veces me sirvieron lo que quisieron, di especificaciones de mis alimentos y me los sirvieron a su modo, adicional el servicio es lento sin que hubiera más gente comiendo.

Mi habitacion estaba tapado el wc nunca habia el numero de toallas que solicitamos ya que era habitacion cuadruple y la limpieza era x encimita solamente es un hotel comodo solo que si deben de revisar ese tema

TE VAS CON LA FINTA POR LAS FOTOS "BONITAS"

respecto a la habitación, en primera solo nos dieron 2 toallas sabiendo que nos hospedaríamos 4 personas tuve que ir hasta la noche por ellas, después en airecondianado tiraba liquido y se ve la mancha que esta marcada en la pared, (en otra habitación que se hospedo un familiar APESTABA A HUMEDAD), en la noche lleve a cambiar una almohada que olía muy mal y que me comentaron que en un momento me llevaban una almohada limpia cosa que nunca paso, hasta al otro el día por la mañana que fui a recepción para comentarles que me faltaba una almohada ( situación casi similar en otra habitación de un familiar que me comento que se había manchado la sabana y al otro día la misma sabana lo cual indico que no se cambiaron las sábanas); el viernes por la noche me serví café de la cafetera que se encuentra en el Lobby y traté de servirme sustituto de crema pero no había, 24 horas después seguía el mismo bote de sustituto de crema vacío, los camastros que se encuentran en el área de la alberca no los limpian ya que están llenos de arena y de basura (hojas y ramas) y respecto a la cancha de Pádel que fue una de las razones por lo cual elegimos quedarnos en este hotel NO hacen referencia en la pagina que se debe rentar ($350 y aparte hay que RENTAR LAS PALAS $20 cada una) ya estando hospedados nos enteramos de eso.

El check in fue sencillo y pudimos entrar antes de horario ya que no había muchos huéspedes La alberca bien, había muchas avispas, ojalá quitarán las colmenas, pero limpia y la temperatura perfecta La habitacion bien Es cómoda, el baño no es amplio. Sobre la limpieza pude notar que limpia de rápido, encontre cabellos y una tapa de un rastrillo q lógicamente no eran nuestros Los alimentos bien en precio y porciones El servicio en front desk amable solo una observación tienen mala comunicación entre turnos, y no están enterados de que se abrió un voucher y he tenido temas para mí factura

Está bonito el hotel, el personal es amable .... Lo que no me gustó para nada es que las ventanas de los cuartos no abren ! No hay nada de ventilación ni en los baños ! Eso estuvo muy mal pensado , haría mucha diferencia que cambiaran eso .

El lugar no está como se ve en la fotografía, nosotros tuvimos que salir un día antes, la alberca, camastros y juegos siempre estuvieron sucios, la atención en el restaurante-bar pesimista, las habitaciones no cuentan con absolutamente nada de ventilación natural, por lo que la humedad y el baño siempre será un problema. Personalmente no lo recomiendo ni volvería a hospedarme en ese hotel.

No hay transporte que ayude a los huéspedes a llegar al hotel, si tuvieran transporte incluido tendrían más ventas. El área de la alberca, SUCIA, DESCUIDADA, con fauna nociva, arañas e insectos por todos lados sobre los camastros rojos, manchados, no se si los laven pero se veían sucios y asquerosos. El cristal de la puerta en el sanitario de la habitación, es malisimo, se ve todo hacia dentro, deberían poner una película más gruesa, por favor. Personal insuficiente, 3 empleados para todos los servicios? Dudaria en regresar a ese hotel
